oh yum! what are the ones in the fourth photo from the top to the right, with little squares of chocolate on top? i'm thinking of "doing" fudge this year - which should be interesting as i dont make candy at all but do have some easy recipes. your photos have me all fired up to do so!
Hi deborah. I'm not exactly sure what those cookies are. They're not sugar cookies, they're more buttery then anything. And it has an Andes mint on top that gets baked with the cookie.
