This is a project I started. My grandma always used to make crocheted doilies and I've started to make them in the past but never finished. So now I'm giving it another go. I thought I'd try and make it into more of an art piece. Sew it onto some grey-khaki-ish muslin or something similar and maybe do some other things, then frame it and hang it above the couch. I don't know, we'll see where it goes. Here are some pics of how far I am and my "beautiful" sketch.
